Block Mover
A building tool that nudges the selected blocks by exact steps, including into the space of other blocks, for details the normal editor does not allow.
Crater Canyon
A custom map: a winding red-rock gorge ending in a steaming crater. It shows terrain and props from model files, lighting and fog, spawn points, looping ambient sounds, music with a radio switch, and scripted geysers with particles, sound and camera shake.
Effects Lab
A test bench for particles, sounds, music, camera shake and video. Press F6 in game to open it. It changes nothing for other players, so it works on any server.
Gear Works
Two gear blocks made from data: a 96-tooth brass Great Wheel from a model, and a Clockwork Motor with its own settings, key and wire outputs. They mesh with every gear in the game. Teeth that jump under overload throw sparks.
Host Tools
Multiplayer example. The host can bring every player to them with one button. Players can make the host glow in a colour of their choice, with a light floating above them that only they see.
Menu Tweaks
Changes the game's own menus: edits text and styles, adds a news panel and a pause-menu button, and removes the About button. Everything is put back when the mod is turned off.
Planet System
A custom star system: the planet Ember with a heightmap, painted ground that says what it is made of, a sea, clouds and stormy weather, and its airless moon Cinder added from a script. Shows the map file's "system" section, planets.define and the planets queries.
Glow Sphere Block
Adds a sphere block imported from an FBX model with its own texture, icon and placement sound. Spheres light up and shift from cyan to red the faster their creation moves.
Thruster Tuner
A building tool. Select thrusters, engines, servos or any other part and set their values from one window. The host can unlock limits past the game's normal ratings.
